Laura Giavon
Cantante friulana formatasi in Italia, Austria, Olanda, Zimbabwe. Si è diplomata al Conservatorium van Amsterdam nel giugno 2018. Ha all’attivo due progetti originali: il duo RIVOCS, con il batterista Marco D’Orlando, con il quale ha appena pubblicato il disco d’esordio (Nota Records 2024), e il quartetto vocale femminile ANUTIS, con Alba Nacinovich, Juliana Azevedo, Caterina De Biaggio, grazie alle quali mette in pratica la ricerca di un suono femminile, collettivo, arcaico. Collabora con diversi musicisti, formazioni, direttori, e non può fare a meno di lavorare con altre discipline artistiche, perché la musica è parola, gesto e presenza. Si ispira anche alla musica del passato, che ancora illumina il presente con bagliori ormai rari: tra i grandi maestri, predilige Bach e Monteverdi. Vive e lavora a Roma.
