Alessio Zoratto
Contrabbassista e compositore. Diplomato con lode e menzione d’onore al Conservatorio “J. Tomadini” di Udine sia in Contrabbasso Jazz sia in Musica d’insieme Jazz sotto la guida di Glauco Venier e Alfonso Deidda, si è affermato nella scena jazz italiana classificandosi al 6° posto come “Nuovo Talento Italiano” nella classifica Top Jazz 2025 di Musica Jazz. Ha partecipato a prestigiosi festival nazionali e internazionali tra cui Umbria Jazz, Umbria Jazz Winter, Udine Jazz, Prajazz Festival, Capri Jazz Festival, More than Jazz, Fano Jazz, Treviso Jazz Festival, Volo del Jazz e Jazz and Poetry di Pittsburgh (USA) ed altri. Ha collaborato con artisti di fama mondiale come Randy Brecker, Kurt Elling, Stacey Kent, Oliver Lake, Nicole Zuraitis, Glauco Venier, Alfonso Deidda, Allan Harris, Manu Codja, Giovanni Perin, Paul Wiltgen, Javier Girotto, Elio Coppola e Daniele Cordisco. Vincitore di numerosi premi, tra cui il Chicco Bettinardi e il riconoscimento come “Miglior musicista” alle Clinics della Berklee School di Boston presso Umbria Jazz. Ha ottenuto anche il prestigioso bando “Per chi Crea” della SIAE. Attualmente promuove il suo disco Canvas Melodies in Italia e all’estero. Recentemente ha preso parte al tour italiano con Nicole Zuraitis (due volte vincitrice ai Grammy Awards), insieme a Elio Coppola e Daniele Cordisco.
